ILS labs move – Update August 5

Building maintenance and construction work

The ILS labs are moving from Janskerkhof 13/13A to Drift 10. For a provisional timeline and other up-to-date information relevant for your work in the lab, please see this post. Some recent information is highlighted here:

• The lab technicians have moved to room 0.01 in Drift 10. Loan equipment can be picked up from there from now on. If you need support at Janskerkhof, please call the support hotline (06-2273 6073).
• The F&R department has moved out of Janskerkhof, and has taken the coffee machines with them. We do still have a small coffee machine in K.01 (the babylab waiting room), that you are welcome to use.
• The labs, as well as the toilets in the basement and the disabled-toilet on the ground floor will still be cleaned regularly, as long as we need to use the labs in Janskerkhof (current projection is until early 2027). To prevent salmonella, taps will be run regularly by building maintenance.
• If you see anything in Janskerkhof that doesn’t look right (dirty, unwelcoming, etcetera), please call the support hotline (06-2273 6073).
